Featured: The Ghost Fixer by Suzi Albracht

My friends are missing, my wife’s going into labor, and my dead life’s heating up.
I’m a dead guy, and I don’t want to be. Before I died, I had dreams. I wanted to heal the sick. And I was itching to start a family with my wife, Emily.
But I died at twenty-six. You’d think that would be the end for me, but the universe has an ironic sense of humor and granted my wishes anyway.
Now I’m a ghost healing dead people.
My people crowned me The Ghost Fixer.
At first, it was a fun gig. My first case involved a missing puppy and a little boy who died in the Sixties. My next case came from a ghost with a hot dog sticking out of his neck. He wanted me to find his stolen vintage Impala named Olivia. That was seriously weird.
But now a case has come along that’s rocking my dead life. It started with one missing wife and snowballed into a whole slew of disappearances. Now the rumor mill’s cranking out all kinds of tall tales and my people are demanding resolution.
And that’s not all… my living wife’s expecting our son any minute, and we’re not sure if the baby will be a ghost or not.
You know I’m desperate.
My friends are missing, my wife’s going into labor, and my dead life’s heating up.

Meet the Author:
If you are reading this, I hope that means you are interested in knowing more about my writing. The books I write are supernatural horror crime thrillers and paranormal romance/ghost novels that include intense personal relationships between characters.
My characters have full, normal lives that get twisted into something else through no fault of their own. Whether they have become a ghost and discover a new undead world to roam or find themselves in pursuit of a dangerous madman with connections to the dark underworld, I want my readers to feel their pain, their joy, their fear… with every right or wrong turn they take along the way.
When I was young, I read everything I could get my hands on but was drawn to sci-fi, horror, and thrillers. I was a voracious reader who devoured books. As I matured, my main influences became Stephen King, Dean Koontz and William Faulkner. I humbly submit that my writing reflects a bit of all three of those great writers. I’ve been told that my style is similar to that of early Stephen King.
When I’m not writing, I shoot pool, watch movies, and create beautiful photo cards to display my books. You can visit me on Twitter or Facebook to see some of those beauties.
I can honestly say my twitter bio describes me to a T – Write, scare myself, turn all the lights on, write some more. Take a break, play pool, kick butt/get butt kicked, go write more horror, double lock door.
